When children are very young, it’s normal for them to think everything is all about them. When they are hungry or tired, they let you know. Those sweet little darlings are pretty self-focused, and they have no idea the great lengths we go to to take good care of them.

 
 

As your preschooler learns and grows, you can help them see beyond themselves and become grateful for the people around them who take care of them. Consistently choosing an attitude of gratitude has been shown to impact overall happiness, so let’s jump in.
